SAFE

from S by th(is)how

about

walking the sun under the track of the L on my way to get lost (already missing her) well, never really lost when the goal is to get lost. and btw: it’s the only direct route to that abyss. under the tracks it’s like behind a face, faces. honest and dirty and real and a good place to be. the song? is a riff i found noodling through my rp-100 on caffeine in another patch of sun on another day at the other side of the chasm. the rest of the song got lost from there and on track. i like it there. its. safe.

lyrics

everything …

everything breaks
in both body and mind
i found being lost
is a sound place to be
there is no intent
just possibility realized

have you ever been this lost
have you ever known such grace
have you ever been this safe

you just walk away
from anything (anything, anything, anything)
don’t you find being lost
is a good place to be
feeling what you say here
won’t offend me

have you ever been this lost
have you ever known such grace
have you ever been this safe

getting lost with you
is like being lost with me
boundaries break
and bridges burn

have you ever been this safe
have you ever been this safe
have you ever been this safe
have you ever been this safe
have you ever been this safe
have you ever been this safe
have you ever been this safe
have you ever been this safe
have you ever
